It was adventures all round for our Year 6 children when they visited PGL Winmarleigh Hall in Preston.

From zip-lining, orienteering, rock climbing, raft building, laser tag and airball to a sensory trail and Jacob's ladder, the children from Park Road Community Primary School had a great time on their final residential.

And the fun didn’t stop with day time activities. The children also got to enjoy a campfire where they toasted marshmallows and learnt songs including  "Princess Pat" and "Peanut butter and jam". And on their final night group leader Ty led them in a PGL tournament involving Dodgeball!

Teacher Kathryn Mills Said: “Our Year 6s enjoyed reaching new heights - literally, working collaboratively and achieving their personal bests. Miss Mills, Mrs Robinson and Mr Bibby were so proud of them.”
